ALL DECKS CLEARED FOR RELEASE OF VISHWAROOPAM IN TN

Finally, 10 days after its theatrical release worldwide Kamal Haasan’s controversial Vishwaroopam has been given the clearance for a Tamil Nadu release. Kamal Haasan on Saturday evening after deliberations with Muslim organisations opposed to the film’s release relented for some cuts and muting of some audio portions. Kamal Haasan said at the press meet : “ I thank the state government for facilitating the talks . I have agreed to my Muslim brothers request to delete some sound clips from the film.”
